What you'll do

Manages customer service area of responsibility by identifying and anticipating customer requirements, expectations, and needs; responding to standard customer inquiries and requests; reviewing and escalating complex requests requiring management approval; monitoring and measuring performance to ensure established quality standards and production; reviewing reports and customer feedback surveys to ensure quality service; formulating action plans to resolve issues; coordinating meetings with key business partners to share updates, issues, and service results; and guiding associates in handling customer requests.

Manages processes to ensure successful implementation of plans and objectives by translating plans into tactical processes and procedures for execution; reviewing metrics to inform and drive process improvements; executing tactical procedures and recommending solutions to resolve process opportunities; identifying and integrating processes and best practices from cross-functional areas for efficiency and effectiveness; ensuring process changes meet guidelines and business needs; and supporting the development of training materials and delivers training on processes, procedures, and systems to associates and stakeholders.

Ensures compliance with policies and controls in area of responsibility by staying informed of governmental regulations and business policies (for example, leave of absence, hiring practices); conducting audits to ensure data accuracy and adherence to policies and procedures; executing remediation of audit findings; generating and reviewing reports (for example, transactional, exception, performance reports); and coordinating month-end reporting to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLA's).

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in human resources, business, or related field.

Additional Qualifications

1 year’s supervisory experience.

1 year’s experience working in a shared services industry.

Human resource certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
