What you'll do at

The Advanced Analytics Analyst is responsible for helping build our best-in-class Supply Chain Analytics. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated passion for working with data to creatively and tenaciously solve complex problems.

You will be part of the dynamic team that is responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain. The goal of the team is to improve instocks and inventory turns using data, analytics, tools, technology and supply chain subject matter expertise.

Your ultimate goal is use data to drive the right business outcomes and build strong relationships with the Technology and Supply Chain Operations teams you partner with.

What you'll be working on:

Analytics: Work with large, messy, disparate datasets and conduct analyses to quickly inform critical business decisions

Modeling: Develop and improve upon our methodology for managing inventory, replenishment, forecasting, S&OP; and end to end supply chain.

Strategy: Design scalable workflows and tools to automate processes that would otherwise be manual and time-consuming

Minimum Qualifications

Expert at SQL and Excel - ability to manipulate large quantities of data to drive business decisions is a must

Strong business acumen and scrappiness - you approach problems in a scientific manner but can also execute pragmatically

Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills

Bonus points:
Hands-on experience with VBA, KNIME, R, Python, Looker, Tableau or other data analysis/visualization tools is a plus


2-4 years of professional experience in a highly analytical and data intensive role (not including internships)

BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent practical experience; MBA or relevant Master's Degree from a top-tier program is strongly preferred

Proficient in SQL, Excel, and financial modeling

Preferred Qualifications

• VBA; Tableau; MS-Access; KNIME, Python
• Manages multiple projects at once while ensuring deadlines are met and data output is accurate.
• Utilizes macro, KNIME, and Python skills to build scalable processes and drive automation of daily tasks
• Ensures integrity and efficiency of reports and data.
• Proven experience leading data driven projects from definition through interpretation and execution stages.
