Position: Manager, Programs, Responsible Sourcing

Location: 508 SW 8th Street, Bentonville, Arkansas, 72712

Duties: Performs administration and data input of allegations of noncompliance from internal and external stakeholders by documenting the compliance fact-finding process; presenting compliance issues found at suppliers' factories to internal stakeholders; recording the outcome of adjudication proceedings and closing cases. Works with responsible sourcing management creating and administering social compliance performance standards or metrics (for example, key performance indicators) and reporting results through department scorecards; and evaluating department performance using the internal scorecard. Supports development of plans for audit program oversight by developing and utilizing key performance indicators; evaluating management reports for trends; reviewing monthly third-party audit firm performance; and creating periodic reporting. Assists the Responsible Sourcing (RS) case management program by providing data analysis support and monitoring the RS case adjudication function; researching and following up on statistical variances and trends. Provides integral technical analysis in the development, standardization, and implementation of RS governance programs (e.g. risk assessment, maturity assessment and audit program management) and their procedures by reviewing and revising standards; implementing system changes; ensuring proper process documentation; maintaining, reviewing, and issuing standard reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field and 3 years of experience in operations management, sourcing, supply-chain management, merchandising, or related field; OR 5 years of experience in experience in operations management, sourcing, supply-chain management, merchandising, or related field.

Skills required: Must have experience with: Data Mining; reviewing audit non-compliances, performing assessments, and escalating higher-risk non-compliances as it relates to the supply chain; Social Compliance Audits and Corporate Social Responsibility as it relates to emerging markets; Supply Chain Management as it relates to emerging markets; Project Management; Operations Management; and Work Flow Management System as it relates to emerging markets. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
