Process: Partners with cross-functional teams to develop analytical tools and processes for a business area or category.Data Visualization and Reporting: Manages the implementation of new dashboards and data visualization tools; Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve existing data visualization tools and platforms.

People Development: Builds and leads a team to execute on business area or category objectives; Coaches team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge and work performance; Has performance and career development conversations; Maintains team motivation and engagement; Mentors Analytics Specialists.

Project Scope: Owns multiple projects end-to-end for a business area, category or prototype; Collaborates with Analytics Experts to develop analytical plans that map to intended business outcomes.

Data Analysis: Manages the development of business analytics to address complex business problems and support data-driven decision making;Makes strategic recommendations to Analytics leadership based on data analysis; Supports more experienced team members with the development of the data analysis strategy; participates in strategy development conversations.

Process Management: Manages workflow and processes across multiple projects to drive measurable improvements in work quality/outcomes.

Model Development: Manages the development of custom data models for multiple projects; Works with Advanced Analytics and cross-functional teams to develop model criteria and define desired outcomes for a business area, category or prototype.

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Bachelor degree in maths, analytics, statistics, business or related field or equivalent experience

effective associate performance. Recruits and hires the associates needed to meet business requirements. Teaches, guides, and assists in the
development of associates.
