What you'll do at

The individual in this role will play a crucial part in leading several aspects of the GBS (Global Business Services) Portfolio. This person will be responsible for daily portfolio operations, which include setting up new initiatives, products, projects in JIRA, facilitate meetings with the various pillars within GBS, assist the leader over financial transformation and tools transformation programs, bring about efficiencies in the overall GBS portfolio governance, participate in the reporting and modeling of technology and services spend, aligned to a product-model approach.
They will assist in driving the Long Range Plan for GBS and facilitate between GBS Pillars and the Finance teams to bring about transparency, repeatability and automation to the overall process.

In addition, this individual will be involved in governing the GBS Portfolio and will be expected to lead efforts surrounding the portfolio like demand management, capacity planning, communications with pillars, developing technology based KPI/Metrics, etc. Please note that there will be a modest amount of administrative work involved.

Responsibilities will include:

• GBS portfolio governance and all processes related to it
• Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as needed
• Manage Strategic Funds and liaise with pillars and leadership to appropriate those funds
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies
• Analyze complex information and reports to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Supporting Senior Management Team and Pillar Leads with in-depth analysis
• Prepare compelling presentations for Senior Management
• Leverage existing and new tools as appropriate

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology, MBA highly preferred
• 5+ years working in a technology environment
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum techniques in a technology environment
• Advanced story telling skills
Advanced skills in MS suite (Power Point, Excel)
Preferred Intermediate to advanced SQL and reporting skills (Tableau)
Preferred Scrum Certification / PMP certification
• Highly organized and high standards for accuracy and precision
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity
