What you'll do at

Researches and resolves issues for Operations by generating and reviewing exceptions reports; identifying root causes of exceptions; identifying and implementing solutions; directing and supervising cross-functional resolution efforts; coordinating the timely resolution of problems; and escalating complex issues to manager.
Ensures analyses are communicated to cross-functional business partners and external partners by facilitating ongoing discussion with partners to ensure optimal performance; articulating results of analyses to ensure alignment of priorities and responsibilities; and sharing information and updates with stakeholders to track progress and improvement over time.
Leads process improvement and cross-functional projects for Operations to completion by identifying areas of continual process improvement and improved operational efficiency; gaining buy-in from cross-functional groups; assisting in process design; assisting in analytical efforts in data validation to create scalable reporting; driving a scalable and efficient solution; communicating expectations to relevant parties; monitoring progress; and ensuring timely completion.
Performs analyses to identify operational issues or areas for improvement by researching, analyzing, and integrating operations information and data (for example, metrics, reports, ad-hoc analyses) using Excel and SQL; recommends process improvements and development opportunities (for example, tool or system enhancements) with a demonstrated and sustained impact on performance; identifying and analyzing underlying patterns and root causes of problems; and proposing and supporting the implementation of solutions to address problems.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, logistics, quality management, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

2 years’ experience analyzing large data sets to identify root causes and develop/implement solutions.
3 years’ experience in supply chain or fulfillment.
2 years’ experience in Project Management
