What you'll do at

Sam's Club is seeking an experienced iSupply Chain project manager to drive reductions in member returns from our eCommerce fulfillment network. In this role, you will be responsible for facility and process design changes impacting our owned fulfillment centers as well as improvements in partnership with our suppliers. This will be directly involved in driving rapid improvement in our member NPS performance through root cause analysis and changes to pack process, packaging, and product design. You will play a critical role in helping us to achieve a best-in-class member experience.

Your ultimate goal is to lower our return rate and improve member satisfaction, as measured by our NPS score. This role will include:
- Querying data and completing analyses of top returns drivers
- Creating data visualization to communicate key returns metrics to stakeholders in Merchandising, Supply Chain and Operations
- Partnering with fulfillment center teams and vendors to implement process improvements
- Working with site industrial engineers on new processes and packaging innovations to reduce product damage
- Creating standard work and network-wide best practices in all nonsort FC functions

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Has 3+ years of eCommerce experience in one or more of the following: return centers, customer call centers, fulfillment centers, or distribution center operations. - Has driven process improvement in an hourly work environment
- Are able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in ambiguous settings.
- Use both quantitative and qualitative data sources to drive decisions and successfully generate results
- Are great at influencing enterprise strategy and collaborating with various stakeholders across an organization
- Has managed large sets of data in Excel and SQL.
- Ability to travel nationally 15 – 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or Masters
- Operations experience in eCommerce fulfillment or distribution centers
- Customer call center operations experience
- Prior team leadership experience
- Lean and/or Six Sigma Belt certified
- Tableau, SQL Server experience
