What you'll do at

Develops and maintains relationships with key external organizations
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
Ensures business needs are being met
Oversees recruiting activities for Walmart.com and other technical hiring for Walmart eCommerce (for example, full-time hiring, contingent labor, and internships)
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Provides strategic recruiting leadership activities for Walmart.com and other non-technical
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs
  • Creates, communicates, and executes the recruiting strategy for the business unit in alignment with business partners
  • Delivers full-cycle recruiting for critical positions in the business unit
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key external organizations
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Recruiting
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

    This position is located in our Jet office in Hoboken, NJ.
  • Minimum Qualifications

    2 years of supervisory experience.
    Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 3 years experience in recruiting or related field OR 5 years experience in recruiting or related field.

    Preferred Qualifications

    2 years experience in international recruiting and global mobility.
  • 2 years experience selecting and managing third party vendors.
  • 2 years experience using recruiting tools (for example, applicant tracking systems, internet, job boards, social media).
  • 2 years experience working with human resource information systems (for example, PeopleSoft).
