The Senior Manager of Paid Social will be at the cutting edge of social engagement. This role will help lead our social partnerships, drive the brand message, establish our vision, represent the face of social and build the strategy of the world’s largest company. In conjunction with top engineers from across the globe, this leader will develop new targeting and measurement capabilities only possible by the fortune #1 company.

Responsibilities:
• Manages the Walmart brand through performance social activation.
• Oversees, manages and optimizes large-scale social media marketing initiatives.
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals.
• Supports the development of annual plans.
• Provides data driven insights and recommendations for category marketing approval.
• Sets and oversees performance social budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business goals and KPI’s.
• Identify and address any data, platform or technology gaps that might hinder successful test and learn deployment.
• Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
• 2+ years working knowledge in Paid Social activation.
• 2 years team management experience.
• Some Travel may be required.


  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3 years experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years experience in marketing or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in online marketing.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional teams.
• 5 years of experience managing vendor contracts and relationships.


  • 3 years experience in digital marketing (for example, affiliate marketing, display advertising).
  • 3 years experience leading a cross-functional team.
