What you'll do at
improved project methodologies and processes; driving consensus on business objectives and project goals and plans; anticipating and addressing

Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves customer and business issues by working with customers to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions,
risks, and obstacles; pilot-testing to validate functionality; analyzing data and performing trend analyses; identifying "at-risk" projects, root causes and
installation errors; develops solutions and required improvements; resolving service, support, or projects-related issues; leading war rooms as
necessary to keep projects on track; communicating expectations, updates, and progress to key stakeholders; documenting corrections and customer
acceptance of solutions; auditing final installation status; and issuing a final report.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
facilities management, project management, operations management, construction management, engineering, or related field OR 6 years’
experience in facilities management, project management, operations management, construction management, engineering, operations or related
2 years' of supervisory experience OR 4 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or related facilities manager certification.
3 years’ experience managing large, complex enterprise programs.
4 years’ experience negotiating and managing vendor contracts.
4 years’ experience managing departmental or project budgets, financials, and return on investment (ROI).
