What you'll do at

  • Develops and drives business opportunities with utility companies, business developers, and cross-functional teams for electrical infrastructure and backup generation programs
  • Determines program and project feasibility through data analysis of market, utility, financial and climate data
  • Assess the financial and physical performance of each program in relevant facility types and markets
  • Drives the strategy for market growth opportunities and cost optimization with cross-functional teams (for example, International and Domestic Design and Construction Teams, Maintenance, and Energy)
  • Develops contracts with associated electrical infrastructure, resiliency, and back up generation program development
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate would have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3 years experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Master s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
