We are looking for a Director to lead our eCommerce LABS Technical Talent Acquisition team who will play a major role in the growth of Walmart eCommerce.
Within this role you will lead and support the LABS technical recruiting teams in their efforts to identify, attract and hire the best, most qualified candidates.

In this position you will work in fast paced and collaborative environment where you will make a difference and be a part of a vibrant, best in class recruiting team and a growing eCommerce division. Being data driven, curious, passionate and innovative are the traits that we are looking for in this candidate. This is a highly visible role working in tandem with our top retail business leaders across Walmart eCommerce. This position will manage a team and s/he should have previous experience leading and inspiring teams to achieve desired results.

Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
Develops and implements strategies and KPI’s to attract talent from entry-level to experienced, as well as high volume hiring
Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
Establishes and manages relationships with key external organizations
Provides strategic recruiting leadership to the overall organization and division

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing departmental functions (for example, budget, hiring, supporting cross-functional teams).
• 5 years of experience working with human resources systems (i.e., Workday)
• 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 5 years experience in recruiting or related field OR 7 years experience in recruiting or related field.
