What you'll do at

The Senior Manager of Marketing Partnerships will be responsible for developing partnerships with other organizations to attract new members to Sam’s Club. You will be accountable for bringing in a certain number of new members via partnerships. You will need to create a strategy to identify and prioritize the prospective partners with the greatest potential. Then you will need to contact those organizations, develop relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that add value for their customers or members while also enticing them to join Sam’s Club. You’ll develop the offers and the marketing campaigns to bring these partnerships to life. You will collaborate with internal partners (marketing, operations, legal, technology, etc.) to execute these marketing partnerships. You will analyze data & financial performance, and leverage insights to continue to grow and enhance the effectiveness of these marketing partnerships.

You’ll make an impact by:
• Cultivating thriving relationships: Forge deep, collaborative partnerships with external and internal partners to develop and execute our marketing partnership acquisition strategy.
• Developing campaigns to grow our member base: Create efficient and effective campaigns that target millions of high-potential prospects to grow the Sam’s Club member base.
• Crafting a data story: Partner with our analytics team to provide meaningful insights on campaign performance, translating successes and failures into optimized tactics.
• Focusing on flawless execution: While managing many campaigns at once, you’ll need to have a full grasp on the intricacies of each one to ensure that the right prospects receive the proper offer, with high quality creative, and can redeem their offer seamlessly.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 2 years experience in business or related field OR 4 years experience in business or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master of Business Administration degree
3 years of marketing partnerships experience
