What you'll do at

Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments for e-commerce fulfillment by developing and maintaining relationships
with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives;
building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating
adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves trends preventing the receipt of inbound merchandise by establishing, maintaining, and communicating team key
performance indicators; identifying patterns and trends in supplier and carrier issues; reviewing and conducting root cause analyses; determining,
implementing, and directing next steps for resolution; developing strategies and training to resolve issues and reverse trends; developing and
implementing solutions to resolve issues; and educating internal and external partners (for example, suppliers, Replenishment) on Walmart Logistics
processes.
Oversees inbound processes and ensures merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolution and
responding to escalation of daily issues; analyzing data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies; providing data for
the supplier compliance process flow; researching and analyzing root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping, receiving,
inventory, and return related issues; conducting performance reviews of merchandising department, distribution centers, and suppliers; and providing
recommendations for corrective action to key stakeholders.
Drives continuous improvement and policy enhancements by serving as a subject matter expert on merchandising strategic initiatives; researching
and analyzing opportunities for improved efficiencies and cost effectiveness; justifying operating system enhancements to maximize resources;
ensuring procedures remain current; documenting of department, distribution center, and supplier performance data; and facilitating resolutions for
operational performance.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and
ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing
business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field OR 2 years experience in distribution, transportation, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
2 years experience in Ecommerce Operations.
2 years of supervisory experience.
