What you'll do at

Collaborates with merchants to align strategic business objectives and initiatives to drive replenishment strategies by evaluating root cause and
providing solutions to merchants for in-stock; developing inventory flow strategies while partnering with merchants to understand merchandise
strategies and priorities; providing updates during category team meetings (for example, in-stock updates, special event planning, inventory flow
plans); managing modular tracking to ensure seamless execution; providing reports and tracking for merchants using multiple systems (for example,
Global Replenishment System (GRS), HOST, Category Sales Ops.); creating and developing processes to ensure proper store quantity distribution
and item set-up; and managing and reviewing order issues at the category ownership level and department level.

Oversees the execution of item-level replenishment for multiple complex categories (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers, regionality,
seasonality, number of items) by tracking modular set dates to ensure product alignment; understanding the buying strategy for each modular;
developing and overseeing implementation of strategies for new assortment and modular execution across business partners (for example, Modular
Planning, suppliers); understanding and accounting for specific item attributes and how those items arrive at the store (for example, assembly
required, Direct Store Delivery (DSD), shipped from warehouse); developing inventory strategies; partnering with suppliers on item specific
information (for example, item deletes, item adds); managing supplier interactions (category knowledge, analytics, current and future opportunities);
balancing inventory strategies with key metrics to determine financial trade-offs between in-stock rates and inventory turns across categories; and
developing and coordinating solutions for non-routine situations.

Manages the inventory and develops strategies to improve in-stock for multiple complex categories (for example, based on risk, number of suppliers,
regionality, seasonality, number of items) by evaluating root cause and providing solutions to merchants for in-stock; influencing and utilizing analytics
to partner with merchants on markdown strategies; prioritizing category items by attributes (for example, fill rates, constraints, forecasts, logistics);
developing and modeling future inventory plans; reviewing daily financials (for example, sales, inventory, in-stock) to adjust strategy and make
recommendations to merchants; influencing the business leaders (for example, merchants, replenishment, planning) if strategy is outside budget
expectations; leading seasonal planning meetings to ensure strategy is implemented; and teaching and training broader team on best practices.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business
plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring
progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work
environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching
for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related field OR 5 years experience in supply chain, merchandising, or related field.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
• 2 years experience with Retail Link.
• 3 years experience in replenishment or supply chain.
• 3 years experience leading cross-functional teams.
• 3 years experience managing profit and loss (P&L).
• Master s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
