What you'll do at

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Tracks merchandise orders to ensure merchandise purchased for events arrives on time and in the right quantity by monitoring distribution center and store inventories for arrival of merchandise; locating merchandise delayed in reaching distribution centers; and collaborating with suppliers and merchandising to resolve issues affecting the merchandise in-store date.

Creates and maintains domestic and import item numbers and serves as a subject matter expert to identify and resolve potential issues by verifying accuracy of information that has been entered (for example, cost, retail, forecast) from various sources (for example, new item creation forms, import quote sheets, data synchronization); determining appropriate business rules that apply based on nature of the situation or item; entering or uploading item and cost information into application; providing updated information to relevant business users; identifying and resolving incorrect or missing information in item file; and providing feedback to suppliers and buyers to make recommendations and resolve open issues.

Creates, executes and ensure purchase orders (POs) accuracy by updating and reviewing orders to ensure accuracy of replenishment data (for example, store distribution, quantity, cost, arrival dates) and escalating and resolving potential issues; entering or uploading distribution information (for example, modular fill, feature, flow); setting up and keying return sheets; staying current on company PO technologies and processes (for example, delivery window tracking); and communicating order status and issues to relevant party (for example, replenishment manager, buyer, supplier, planner).

Assists with inventory management by creating and distributing daily and weekly inventory reports; evaluating store and distribution center inventory levels on specific products to monitor and resolve distribution problems; communicating inventory overstock information and determining action plan for distribution of overstock through supply chain; making recommendations to replenishment about future orders to eliminate inventory overstocks; tracking and submitting item and order creation status reports; responding to and resolving store calls and remedy tickets related to inventory issues; and assisting Replenishment Managers in determining shipping on import orders.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

1 year experience in retail.
1 year experience using basic functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
1 year experience with Retail Link.
Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business-related field.
Completion of Retail Link certification program.
