What you'll do at

Provides strategic recruiting leadership to the recruiting organization by developing and communicating sourcing strategies to supply talent; setting strategies to build a talent pipeline and continuously attract top-level executive talent for the company; developing business plans to increase effectiveness of executive recruiting processes; initiating and maintaining partnerships with internal business and Human Resource leaders to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy to meet business needs; aligning Recruiting teams across all areas to support the business; ensuring tools and systems are in place to recruit quality candidates; developing process improvements; and communicating and executing the employment value proposition.
Oversees executive candidate recruiting experience by identifying candidate perceptions and needs; monitoring and evaluating current recruitment procedures, policies, and interactions; collecting feedback regarding quality of candidates and final hiring decisions; communicating with key stakeholders and recruiters to evaluate candidate experience and perception; and soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving candidate experience.
Manages search partner relationships by requesting and evaluating proposals for search services; selecting search partners; managing vendor and third-party relationships; monitoring search progress; evaluating search performance (for example, cycle time, cost, diversity of slate); managing the recruiting budget by forecasting budgetary requirements to meet business goals; formulating media strategy (for example, job boards, social media, advertising), event, and travel budgets to maximize results at minimal costs to the company; identifying opportunities for team operations cost savings; and approving invoices and recruiting expenditures.
Creates and drives the talent acquisition and management strategies by developing recruiting strategies in alignment with business strategies; forecasting the future state of talent acquisition and identifying needs accordingly; designing workforce planning techniques and processes; directing the acquisition of key talent; leveraging strategic relationships with external organizations; seeking cross-functional knowledge of the industry and resources to produce results that fit company strategy; designing strategic plans for transformational change in recruiting process; overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve position fulfillment goals; communicating strategies to business leaders; gathering feedback from leadership on performance and recruiting goals; and guiding recruiting and hiring managers through transformational changes.
Serves as executive recruiting subject matter expert by attending professional recruiting conferences (for example, CareerXroads); establishing and managing relationships with key external organizations; providing leadership, insights, and benchmarking support on key human resources issues; serving on recruitment advisory councils (for example, Executive Search Information Exchange); providing information about industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity and opportunity; sharing strategies and best practices related to executive recruitment processes; providing strategic direction to build employment brand with diversity organizations; collecting and following up on feedback from key leaders to improve the brand and protect company reputation; and acting as a company representative at major conferences and with external organizations.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting resource requirements; evaluating operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 8 years’ experience in recruiting or relevant area OR 10 years’ experience in recruiting or relevant area.
5 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
5 years’ experience in specialized recruiting, including selecting or managing third party recruitment vendors and negotiating contracts.
10 years’ experience in international recruiting and global mobility in a corporate setting or recruitment firm.
Bilingual in Spanish
