What you'll do at
maintenance (TPM), Lean Six Sigma, world class manufacturing (WCM)) to create a performance system by anticipating short-term and long-term
business needs; identifying industry trends and market forces; assessing organizational readiness for change; analyzing gaps among current and
future operations processes and procedures; ensuring appropriate resources are in place; developing and establishing objectives to drive efficiencies,
close gaps, and implement work process improvements; and influencing expectations of business leaders and obtaining appropriate buy-in and
Directs the development of training programs, performance support tools, and resources across the Logistics network by identifying learner needs,
learning environment, knowledge gaps, and behavioral changes; designing and providing strategic direction for content development; developing
training materials to build associate capabilities and deliver project results; evaluating current training solutions; determining the appropriate tools,
technology, and resources to deliver training content; developing and recommending process standards and best practices to drive consistency
across the company; and ensuring alignment of the training portfolio with business strategy.
Designs, executes, and oversees implementation strategy and project plans by communicating initiatives and programs to executive leadership;
prioritizing project efforts and determining the sequence of work within the facility; leading the development of workflows to ensure alignment within
and across the various formats; ensuring project timelines align throughout the organization and modifying as needed; leveraging industry principles
and methodologies (for example, total productive maintenance (TPM), Lean Six Sigma, world class manufacturing (WCM)) to deliver operational
results and meet safety, quality, service, financial, and associate engagement standards; demonstrating flexibility to meet individual site needs and
controls; and maintaining consistency in process and approach.
Provides overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs; developing, communicating, building support for, and implementing
business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting
resource requirements; evaluating operational processes; measuring outcomes to ensure desired results; identifying and capitalizing on improvement
opportunities; promoting a customer environment; and demonstrating adaptability and sponsoring continuous learning.
Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce by diagnosing capability gaps; recruiting,
selecting, and developing talent; supporting mentorship, workforce development, and succession planning; and leveraging the capabilities of new and

methodologies in a manufacturing environment OR 7 years’ experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies in a manufacturing
3 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading a cross-functional team
5 years’ experience implementing safety processes.
5 years’ experience designing, developing, and delivering education and training materials.
Japanese Institute of Plant Maintenance (JIPM) certification
5-8 years leading/ overseeing the safety programs and processes for an organization that have shown world class results.
Demonstrated ability to create a strategic safety process that delivers demonstrable results in improved TIRR results in the organization.
Experience with OSHA VPP programs and processes.
Demonstrated ability to create a safety process that creates ownership at the employee level with proper management sponsorship and support.
Demonstrated ability to utilize data and analytics to target particular safety aspects that can drive the greatest improvement and align organization to deliver breakthroughs in reducing incident profiles.
