What you'll do at

  • Achieves company and market level Compliance goals
  • Develops and manages investigations (for example, fraud, compliance, theft, ethics, safety, drug allegations, workplace violence, threat assessment analysis) in assigned territory
  • Drives Asset Protection (AP) and Safety and Compliance results across the facilities
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Meets expected facility and territory level total variance plan
  • Minimizes financial risk
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Promotes and supports initiatives focused towards enhancing member experience while balancing risk protection
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Management or related field and 2 years experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates, with proven experience in end-customer focused solutions and business/financial acumen OR 4 years experience managing cross-functional programs or salaried associates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years' experience in Finance, Asset Protection, Inventory Control, Compliance and/or Safety
  • 2 years' experience in retail / wholesale operations
  • Master s Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certification (for example, Wicklander and Zulaski investigative certifications, Lean Six Sigma)
