What you'll do at
As a People Product Innovations Manager, you will use design thinking, business best-practices and human resource insights to optimize our internal HR technology products and processes. You will identify and raise awareness of business needs, dependencies, and resource capabilities critical for process optimization and define and implement success metric tracking and reporting.
You’ll impact the strategy and product roadmap by advising on business requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring priorities and strategies align to deliverables. This includes identifying, communicating, and resolving any gaps or duplications amongst products and business strategies.
You’ll participate in the ideation, design, and evaluation of solution requirements; apply knowledge, guidance and expert advice to build deliverables that achieve defined business- and customer-centric success metrics; and prototype and test solutions to identify progress, performance variances, and sub-par results in order to take corrective actions.
At Walmart, applying information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for a variety of perspectives and rationales is critical to product development success.
This position is very collaborative: you will partner with key stakeholders and build strong business relationships to identify business needs, determine and carry out necessary processes and practices, monitor progress, and ensure that the implementation of your solutions provide the desired improvements, while adapting to the competing demands and organizational changes that drive our evolution.
You will model compliance with company policies and procedures and support the company mission, values, standards of ethics, and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others in applying these in their business processes and practices.
