What you'll do at

Completes new hire and transfer-related user setups for Risk Management and third-party administrators by granting access to approved systems, programs, and phones; maintaining controls for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements as they relate to financial access/authorization for Risk Management system users; routing and mapping phones based on business needs; providing user equipment (for example, PC, monitor, phone); and arranging resources such as data lines, network cables, phone lines, scanners, printers, and faxes. Completes work assignments and priorities in Systems Support by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Provides on-site data and print server support by assisting with troubleshooting; diagnosing and correcting technical matters; escalating system changes and upgrades that have significant business impact; monitoring servers; maintaining data tapes; and coordinating server and computer outages for the site.

Provides technical support for system users troubleshooting software and hardware issues; evaluating business applications and equipment; coordinating physical moves (for example, systems, phones, network); formatting data for customer use (for example, internal/external counsel, case managers); and facilitating communication through proper channels during escalation processes between the Information Systems Division, Senior Management and customer areas.

Operates and troubleshoots video conferencing equipment used in meetings by monitoring meetings; setting up audio/visual equipment (for example, projectors, CD players, DVD players); operating specialized CCTV decrypting equipment; linking networks; and providing support for meetings (which, at times, may fall outside core business hours).
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

Remedy, Prism,
Previous Technical Coordinator experience.
Experience with SQL.
