What you'll do at

Executes user research projects by gathering and analyzing data; drawing conclusions from data; creating reports and metrics to define and measure performance; providing consumer-specific information and data to support management decisions; and interpreting data and trends.

Assists management with research projects by collaborating in the development of experimental designs; and planning and conducting research
studies that have been approved by management.

Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design research, digital strategy, technical communication, psychology or related field OR 3 years of design research experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in User Experience from Nielsen Norman, Human Factors International, or other institution.

• Experience with Research in Statistics and/or Psychology
• Usability Research or Process Research experience preferred. Agency experience a plus.
• Experience or an understanding of Agile methodology.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Design, InVision, Sketch
