What you'll do at
formatting and maintaining data.
-Supports employment compliance in developing strategies, practices, systems, and personnel-related activities by conducting analyses of initiatives
to understand and communicate existing trends; analyzing and interpreting data; and translating data analysis into recommendations that are aligned
with business objectives.
-Identifies business requirements for employment compliance systems by preparing information and data analysis for consideration; developing and
participating in testing Employment Compliance technology; and conducting test scenarios to support proposals and resolutions.
-Provides decision support to employment compliance by sourcing, organizing, and analyzing data and information; and working collaboratively with
cross-functional teams across the business to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.
-Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations (for example, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Titles I and
III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act), and company policies and procedures by
analyzing and interpreting reports; implementing and monitoring employment compliance processes; implementing action plans to improve
performance; and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation, and assigned records.
-Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
-Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
-Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
-1 year project management experience.
