What you'll do at

Position: Senior Decision Manager I

Location: 2102 SE Simple Savings Drive, Bentonville, AR 72716

Duties: Attends meetings; working directly with project teams on specific projects and analyses; performing analyses; providing directional advice/guidance related to defined logistical issues; and determining which issues need to be elevated. Develops tools that support decision making and business cases by summarizing needed information; determining what information must be reported; ensuring customer needs are met; and analyzing the initiative's impact to the business based on collected information. Helps drive change by educating cross-functional teams or associates about implementation concepts, problem solving process, process improvement, and change management processes. Identifies and influences stakeholders by recommending changes based on data; persuading cross-functional teams to implement changes based on data; and building relationships with executives and directors in all cross-functional areas. Develops and directs one or more work streams of a cross-functional project to achieve desired results by ensuring understanding of scope of work; organizing timelines and deliverables; facilitating meetings involving project teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; taking corrective action; and reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders. Analyzes and interprets information for one or more initiative work streams to improve business efficiency by using various analysis methodologies; developing creative solutions within business areas that reduce cost and/or meet business goals; using judgment to assign what activities must be done; and ensuring data accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or the equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 1 year of experience in an analytics related field; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field plus 3 years of experience in an analytics related field; OR 5 years of experience in an analytics related field.

Skills required: Must have experience with: SQL; Teradata; SQL Server; Oracle DB; Tableau; Alteryx; and statistical modeling techniques multivariate regression and hypothesis testing. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
