What you'll do at

The Senior Manager of Member Experience Insights is one of the most exciting and visible jobs at Sam’s Club, as we are accelerating our efforts to deliver exceptional member experience. In this role, you will lead the core influx of member experience feedback from our nearly 600 clubs across the US, and be challenged to unveil strategic insights to be prioritized by our Merchandising, Marketing and Operations organizations. You will have the unique opportunity to work directly with top leadership at Sam’s Club. Your goal will be to become the voice of our member and be a critical player in driving Sam’s Club member advocacy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field and 4 years experience in Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Consulting or related field OR 6 years experience in Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Consulting or related field OR a Master's in Business Administration or related field and 2 years experience in Marketing Research, Data Analytics, Consulting or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

>1 year of supervisory experience.
4-6 years in Customer /Consumer Insights
4-6 years in Operational Customer Experience Management Platforms (like Medallia, Inmoment, etc)
