This team is regularly tasked with working with great internal and external partners to solve some of the most exciting emerging digital marketing puzzles like personalization and conversational commerce, which can serve as the launching pad within the enterprise. Sr. Manager, Strategic Initiatives & Product Marketing role scope
This role focuses on planning and implementing high importance strategic initiatives, from strategy to execution:

•Tackle marketing business problems by developing a data-driven approach to strategic decisions around emerging digital channels.
•Manage digital marketing projects from inception, coordinating across teams (category marketing, creative, strategic partnerships, product, retail, engineering, Insights, PR, legal, etc) through launch and then well into incubation stages.

oExamples of projects include digital marketing partner launches and executing website personalization strategy.

•Support operationalizing strategic initiatives with precision, including process refinement to ensure the work gets done efficiently and effectively across teams.

Foundational expertise/experience:
•Adept at balancing attention to detail with swift execution; doing tasks quickly and well, while navigating ambiguity.
•Data centric approach to drive performance, optimization, and business impact measurement.
•Experience collaborating inside and outside large organizations to drive consensus and create strong relationships.
•Ability to influence others to consistently do their best work across teams.
•Strong communication skills are critical including the ability to structure and present complex topics on the page or in person to all levels of the organization

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Operations
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Implements operations strategies for specific functions
  • Oversees Operations financial and customer experience management for specific functions
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications

•MBA or relevant advanced degree with 5+ years in digital marketing; e-commerce experience and/or consulting background preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
•Significant experience with high visibility, complex, cross-functional project management
•2+ years working in a matrixed organization.
•Knowledge of and interest in ecommerce, retail, brand and direct response marketing.
