What you'll do at

  • Partners with division and operational leadership to identify business drivers by using data to influence team processes; building efficiencies based on metric interpretation; ensuring integration of data driven solutions; and consolidating data for business-focused reporting.
  • Generates reports and forecasts (for example, staffing models, strategic planning, workforce planning) by developing reports (for example, Tableau, Oracle, SAP) to support business strategies and decisions; consolidating data across business areas; collecting and synthesizing data from human resource systems (for example, Oracle, BPM, SAP, SQL); interpreting, analyzing, and verifying data accuracy; revising forecasts; and communicating results and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Integrates and interprets data to produce actionable recommendations to key stakeholders by identifying valid and reliable sources of information; assessing data accuracy; interpreting data; integrating data into relevant business metrics; and determining impact of findings on the business.
  • Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
  • Minimum qualifications include Bachelors Degree, Business, Human Resources OR Related Field
  • 6 years experience in Analytics, Human Resources or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years’ experience working in a Shared Services organization.
  • 3 years’ experience using analytics software (for example, Tableau).
