What you'll do at
Manages the execution of multiple large projects or programs by developing high-level plans to achieve strategic goals and business objectives;
developing and adjusting timelines, tasks, and analysis of resource allocation; leading cross-functional teams; prioritizing and managing work
streams; monitoring progress versus plan; prioritizing and ensuring resolution of critical issues; providing informational presentations; managing
stakeholder expectations; and developing implementation materials.
Drives informed decision making within compliance area of responsibility to ensure resolution of critical project or program issues by collaborating with
department and internal business units to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues with the project or program;
identifying potential risks of programs or projects; identifying messaging and existing documents that conflict with current and future communications;
creating communication plans; educating sponsors, stakeholders, and executive leadership on program requirements; and influencing strategy,
direction, and deliverables to establish understanding and acceptance.
Oversees the development and implementation of Compliance business systems for area of responsibility by identifying system needs; developing
business and functional requirements documents; and overseeing change management and system training.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and
guidance to others in the application of information and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and
building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying business
needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and results; recognizing and capitalizing on
i mprovement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others
with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.
