If you are passionate about 'state of the art' Audio - Video systems, you will enjoy working with our Digital Experience team. This team plays a critical digital communications role across the enterprise,

Some roles, responsibilities, and requirements not limited to:
• Video / audio conference setup and support. Ensure all sites are connected on time and receiving / transmitting good audio / video.
• Site certification of all new and relocated video conference systems.
• Assist with support for video / audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify.
• Video / audio conference setup and support. Ensure all sites are connected on time and receiving / transmitting good audio / video.
• Site certification of all new and relocated video conference systems.
• Assist with support for video / audio conferencing problems. Investigate faults and recommend further actions to rectify.
• Install and maintain audio visual equipment including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones and speakers.
• Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
• Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, replacements and inspections.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
• Knowledge of following: Cisco TelePresence devices, Crestron, Display
technology, Digital Signage, and other AV technologies.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor of Science OR 2 years systems engineering experience or Master of Science

Preferred Qualifications

Good to have (but not required):
Certified Technology Specialist
A background in API development and experience in coding.
Video API Development
Experience with JavaScript
Experience with Java
Experience developing REST API services
Experience with unified communications platforms such as Cisco UC, Zoom, Microsoft UC
Experience with unified communications protocols SIP, RTP, LDAP, TCP, UDP
Experience with Cisco UC Endpoints, Cisco Media, Cisco TMS, Cisco CMS, Cisco VCS, Cisco Hyperflex, WebEx Suite, Zoom
Experience operating in a high performance culture
Experience with Agile development practices, SCRUM
Experience with Microsoft Azure Services, Bot Framework, Cognitive Services
