What you'll do at

As Senior Manager, Analytics you will have a critical role in driving the analytics roadmap to deliver data led support and tools for the Web Merchandising team as part of the rapidly growing, Online Grocery Pickup and delivery business. These analytics will be a combination of retail and merchandise business metrics as well as website engagement metrics across all devices to evaluate performance of meeting our customer experience goals. The ideal candidate will have the systems expertise to query databases, the business expertise of merchandising levers and a comfort level in creating and presenting analysis to take action within a high energy, face paced team atmosphere.

This role will include several distinctive opportunities for those in the analytics field:
You will be developing kpi drivers for the emerging area within the intersection of stores and ecommerce.
You will provide the web merchandising team with the reporting tools needed to understand their category or event performance and trends.
Recommending new data fields and collaborating on reporting dashboards for key stakeholders, ensuring milestones are delivered on time.
Driving business analytics for operating plans and technology roadmap discussions.
Communicate key insights to senior executives and cross-functional teams.
Leading a team to help drive levers to increase customer spend through higher baskets and increased frequency.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in finance, merchandising, or related field
OR
6 years’ experience in finance, merchandising, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years’ experience building analytics and reporting tools.
3 years’ experience in SQL, Teradata, Access, or related database.
2 years’ experience supervising direct reports.
