What you'll do at

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Treasury Operations by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Drives process improvement initiatives and risk mitigation activities for cash operations by monitoring industry and economic trends that impact cash operations and updating business plans and practices to ensure minimal impact to the business; driving innovation for new services that support strategic initiatives (for example, automation of processes); collaborating with cross-functional teams (for example, Innovations, Financial Services, Asset Protection) to implement and support larger company initiatives and projects (for example, payroll cashing, cash recycling, physical movement of cash at stores and clubs); and developing and maintaining controls.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Drives expense reduction for U.S. operations cash management by negotiating pricing with financial institutions (for example, banks, armored car carriers); identifying, negotiating contracts, and overseeing relationships with cash management hardware and software companies; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (for example, Innovations, Asset Protection, Financial Services) to drive operational initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce expenses.
Oversees and manages vendor relationships for cash operations by ensuring vendor relationships support ongoing strategic initiatives; negotiating contracts for services (for example, depository services, cash transport, ancillary services) and products (for example, cash forecasting software, check processing); overseeing day to day management activities; ensuring initiatives and processes for cross-functional teams (for example, Financial Shared Services) are supported through vendor relationships; and ensuring vendors have contingency plans to support ongoing and changing business needs.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance or related field OR 4 years experience in finance or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 year experience in data analytics and results interpretation.
  • 2 year large retailer or supplier experience.
  • 2 year systems experience (for example, Essbase, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Retail Link,etc.). 2 year experience managing projects
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
    Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Powerpoint
