What you'll do at

This role is for a Senior Product Manager within the In Club Experience Team. The role will specifically focus on one of the fastest growing parts of Sams, Club Pickup.
Club Pickup is a $B program which is still delivering high double digit growth.
Members can shop on Samsclub.com or the Sams Club app using great features such as re-order your essentials (shop from a curated list of your favorite products).
One of our personal shoppers pick the members items with care and then store them ready for the member to pick up in their defined slot (as quick as 4hrs turn around).
When the member arrives they can check-in on their mobile and in select Clubs use our drive thru which provides even greater convenience!

The Club Pickup team has three main goals:
1. Create a highly satisfying experience for our members
2. Provide our associates with tools that enable better service and productivity
3. Exceed the annual operating plan (revenue and profit)

Position Summary
As a Senior Product Manager on Club Pickup, you will have the opportunity to build and enhance digital products and experiences that benefit millions of Sam’s Club members and associates on a daily basis.
You will have the opportunity to work across a variety of technologies and capabilities that span our online and physical retail environments. You will be entrepreneurial, creative and innovative and push boundaries with the solutions you define + execute.
This is a critical and high profile role working collaboratively across every part of the organization. You will need to hit the ground running from day 1; understanding our member and associate friction points, building strong relationships with key partners and moving quickly to identify solutions that can make an immediate impact.

 Can define a product vision and strategy and easily articulate them to senior executives
 Experienced with roadmap development and aligning product initiatives to wider business strategies
 Relentlessly focused on member experience
 Passion for marketing and promoting adoption of products
Execution
 Build products that achieve desired outcomes
 Fast moving, strong executer who has been there and done it before
 Utilize agile and lean product development methodologies
 Able to adapt in a fast paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple competing priorities
 Set a high bar for design with UX, know how to talk tech with engineers, talk process and business with club associates and know how to help QA debug
 Relationship builder and can work with internal partner teams to successfully deliver the right customer experiences
Analytical
 Data first mindset. Able to use data to analyze problems and opportunities, build business plans and forecasts for products, and clearly define KPIs
 Focused on measuring your product post launch and improving them if they are not meeting their objectives
Retail
 Successfully launched new initiatives in retail stores or other industries before
 Strong understanding of eCommerce/Pickup Programs (desirable)
 Good understanding of the warehouse retail industry trends and developments and how they can be
