MFC Coach

Introducing a true omni channel leader to bridge fulfillment centers & stores

We’re committed to finding faster ways to serve our customers who love the speed and convenience of pickup and delivery. One way we’re doing that is by adding market fulfillment centers (MFC) to certain stores across the country. An MFC is a small warehouse that is attached to a store. These warehouses will serve as hubs capable of supporting their home store as well as the other stores in the market. An MFC can store and dispense thousands of the items we know customers want most, from consumables to electronics, by combining automated bots with personal shoppers to provide a more efficient experience.

We're looking for talented and driven leaders to become MFC Coaches. These associates will manage these facilities as well as lead and develop the associates that work in them.

With truly innovative technology, these fulfillment centers need associates who love using new tools and technology. MFC Coaches are true leaders who are comfortable managing their business at a higher level and are excited to interact with customers, making sure they have a great experience every time.

A career at Walmart means opportunity. You’ll interact with leadership from different areas of the company including regional operations managers for stores, supply chain, and district leaders, all focused on helping you succeed in this role and positioning you for the future.
