What you'll do at

Position Summary...

We’re seeking a Manager of Visual Design to bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to everything our gig-drivers and agents see. From the visual flow of an onboarding email to the polish of a C-suite presentation, you’ll apply a deep understanding of user-centric design and brand guidelines to elevate Spark Driver’s creative impact. This is a hands-on design role with strategic visibility-supporting daily execution while influencing the evolution of our brand and visual standards.

What you'll do...

This designer is the connective tissue across content, product, and operations—translating complex ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and drive action. Whether you're designing a Figma mock for a new flow or refining an exec deck before a platform launch, you will ensure Spark Driver’s creative output is consistent, professional, and impactful across every medium.

What You’ll Do:

Design at Every Touchpoint

  • Execute and advise on high-impact visual work across digital communication channels including email templates, in-app modules, knowledge articles, immersive animated walk gifs, and campaign assets.

Visual Storytelling & Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all outputs-from self-help content to motion graphics to Figma mockups-are visually aligned to Spark’s tone and style guidelines. Reinforce a recognizable, driver-first identity.

Partner Across the Ecosystem

  • Work closely with content strategists, instructional designers, marketing leads, and product team teams to translate requirements into visual experiences.

Build Visual Standards & Toolkits

  • Create and maintain Figma libraries, design templates, and presentations decks that scale with speed and consistency across the organization.

Support Leadership Communication

  • Design executive decks that bring data and ideas to life-elevating strategic storytelling with clarity, impact, and emotional resonance.

Contribute to Design Strategy

  • Provide design thinking to team brainstorms, stakeholder conversations, and creative review cycles that influence content journey mapping and contact prevention by design.

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in, visual design or related creative fields, preferably within tech, digital markets places or support content environments.  
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion or animation tools (after effects a plus)   
• A portfolio that demonstrates high visual craft, clarity of information design, and versatility across static, motion, and template work.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional partners, including content, product, and operations.
• A passion for using design to simplify the complex – tell compelling stores, and support underserved user communities
• Bonus –Experience Designing for gig-worker, support agent, or educational content use cases.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
