This role will be based out of our home office location in Bentonville, Arkansas.

As a Senior Manager, Product Development you will help develop, monitor and manage product specifications through the product life-cycle to ensure quality and customer needs are met by collaborating with and updating internal and external partners to determine product needs, maintain product information and testing documentation, and ensure alignment. You are driven to understand your supplier and customer needs better than anyone else and are constantly thinking about what is next for your projects. Success in this role requires tenacity, a customer mindset, influence, and a competitive spirit. You’ll use your presence to work with suppliers and cross functional team members at all levels and navigate interesting, complex challenges.

What you'll bring:

  • Benchmark industry trends to grow profit and sales.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address issues, collect data, minimize disruptions, ensure timely delivery, and drive product development.
  • Seek creative ideas for business improvements, innovation, and customer experience.
  • Manage Member’s Mark product development by collaborating with business partners to develop new products and renovate existing ones.
  • Identify technical and consumer drivers of category success.
  • Prioritize projects to meet company goals.
  • Oversee product development and sourcing for various snack categories.
  • Maintain accurate product specifications with suppliers.
  • Investigate and resolve member complaints with the Quality team.
  • Achieve strategic objectives to optimize lower prices.
  • Support multiple business plans and projects.
  • Develop business opportunities for the Private Brands portfolio.
  • Promote company policies, mission, values, and ethics.
  • Recommend and monitor suppliers for Members Mark programs.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
