cost of goods by partnering with store operations, merchandising, replenishment, and other supply chain functions to build influence ; educating
stakeholders on store, merchandising, and supply chain operational principals to establish understanding of service needs; and leveraging the supply
chain optimization tool suite to proactively provide supply chain consulting services and solutions.
Develops supply chain strategies, processes, and best practices by leading cross-functional teams.
Oversees supply chain flow process improvement efforts by overseeing the design, development, and delivery of new ways of working between
supply chain stakeholders; directing product flow plan objectives; championing innovation to simplify current solutions and methodologies ; overseeing
the correction of errors processes and feedback loops; directing areas of opportunity to improve service levels; supporting the use of end-to-end
costing methodology and lean concepts; providing cost recommendations to reduce process waste, and provide opportunities for cost reductions and
process efficiencies; and reviewing the impact and benefits to internal processes.

Partner with Store Central Ops, SAM’s, eCommerce, and internal Supply Chain teams to layout near and long term Supply Chain capacity and capability needs to support improved service and enable sales growth.
Design and model end-to-end network strategies including supplier impact, inbound and outbound transportation, DC capacity and capabilities, and store service and labor.
Create and prioritize business cases that stretch limited capital investment dollars wisely.
Present strategies to cross-functional stakeholders to create common understanding and gain alignment.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field and 7 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related
area OR 9 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or related area.
3 years’ experience with advanced functionality of Microsoft Office.
4 years’ supervisory experience
