What you'll do at

Create and automates financial reporting for executive consumption and decision making analytics Develops long-range financial plans to support business strategies and initiatives by utilizing business intelligence and financial analysis to evaluate financial information and opportunities; creating and advising on three-year and annual business plans; documenting planning assumptions; presenting plans to and gaining buy-in from International Finance Department and business unit leaders; and identifying risks and opportunities in financial plans. Develops risk mitigation strategies for the department by tracking and ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial information and business processes; analyzing forecasts and ensuring they reflect the current state of the business; identifying gaps in processes and recommending potential corrective actions; anticipating internal and external risks and opportunities that could affect the department; and creating contingency plans to mitigate risk and drive efficiencies. Manages financial planning and analysis to drive business performance by analyzing financial trends and results; identifying gaps between business goals and stated corporate objectives; forecasting medium- to long-term business growth; collaborating with cross-functional teams on international financial planning; recommending and presenting business improvement initiatives to senior management; and designing and developing processes to monitor and forecast business activity and trends.
