Manages the development of healthcare innovation solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership and key business stakeholders to determine new business initiatives; evaluate current state of the business and capabilities; identifying, opportunities and recommending various solutions. Define business needs, elicit functional requirements, provide product development oversight for technical and operational solutions. Research and provide guidance on healthcare best practices to ensure future initiatives are optimized.

Leverage technology to support existing clinic business and build new business opportunities. Understand the key features and functionality of existing applications for day to day user support, identification of opportunities for optimization, new feature development and innovation
Develop a deep understanding of the product design and development process, identifying areas of product improvement and implementing technical and process solutions quickly and iteratively. Write detailed requirements and use cases/user stories and communicate them effectively with business stakeholders. Monitor the performance of initiatives and measure impact of product enhancements.
Develop and validate innovation concept tests by identifying opportunities for innovative business improvements; determining the best approach for proof of concept; developing the testing architecture; determining testing requirements, attributes, and selection; overseeing the training of store associates; analyzing the results; and determining scalability of new initiatives.
Lead medium- to large-scale innovation projects or project work-streams by collecting and determining requirements of projects; determining deliverable needs; gaining buy-in on deliverable requirements; ensuring deliverables are completed and meet product and project requirements.
Consult with internal organizations on strategic initiatives by developing high-level project plans to achieve strategic goals; prioritizing and executing work streams within corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments; and ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives.
Manage, evaluate, and provide tactical solutions by leveraging cross-functional team processes to maximize results of current systems and processes; recommending, developing, testing, and modifying current processes; and implementing new procedures and systems.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Science, or related field and 4 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area OR 6 years’ experience in program management, operations management, design innovation, financial analysis, or related area. 2 years’ experience using Microsoft Office. 2 years’ supervisory experience.
