Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in influencing talent strategies, collaborating, and connecting to ensure the best talent in the market is aligned to critical roles. You’ll sweep us off our feet if… You’re a connector, collaborator, and influencer You build relationships by delivering an exceptional experience and consultatively developing solutions to challenges You know what good talent, sourcing strategies, and recruiting technology look like You’re familiar with the recruiting process and metrics You can work with multiple stakeholders between your team and the business you support You’ll make an impact by: Leading a team – Your team will be responsible for full cycle, direct hire recruiting for Senior Manager to Senior Director level roles across the Merchandising organization in Walmart US and Sam’s Club Aligning business and talent acquisition strategy – Act as a consultant to turn business needs into successful recruiting solutions Building relationships – develop relationships with HR partners, business leaders, hiring managers, candidates, and community organizations that build trust, success, and credibility Identifying talent – identify, attract, assess, and hire top diverse talent in the marketplace using market knowledge Telling our story – share a compelling value proposition to prospective candidates about Walmart and our opportunities Serving as a talent advisor – influence our talent strategy by benchmarking the market, understanding our competitors, and delivering data and insights to your partners Networking and engaging talent pipelines – find new ways to source or recruit from a variety of channels for top Merchandising talent, creating a consumer grade experience Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
