What you'll do at

REQUIREMENTS - 2+ year art direction experience, 6+ year experience working in design/creative field - Must have omni-channel experience (well-versed in both print and digital) - Must have photo direction experience – from pre to post production knowledge - Must have experience in developing design concepts for a retail or marketing environment - Ability to juggle multiple projects with multiple timelines - Must be able to travel - Must be knowledgeable in print production and pre-press - Must have a strong portfolio - Video experience is a plus Facilitates improvements in the creative process by recommending system and process enhancements; forecasting and prioritizing resources; and ensuring team members report time utilization in company tracking systems. Ensures consistent application of the online brand and brand voice by managing online brand initiatives (for example, interactive, packaging, booth design); and ensuring the maintenance, update, and alignment of company brand standards.
