What you'll do at

Seeking candidates with a legal background, strong analytical skills and ability to collect, analyze and integrate multiple data points and inputs in order to identify, assess and mitigate risks. Candidate must be metrics driven, technologically-savvy and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively across multiple departments and systems to map trends and spot issues. This position requires process-mapping, workload and project management, and prioritization of tasks. This position requires familiarity with Affirmative Action planning, statistical analysis, as well as Affirmative Action audit experience with a pragmatic and responsive approach to handling same. The candidate should also have a working understanding of the Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures and be knowledgeable about civil rights, immigration, and wage-hour laws. Strong writing and communications skills are necessary, as is a background in training creation and delivery.
