What you'll do at

Analyzes and interprets information for multiple work streams to improve business efficiency and effectiveness by using various advanced analytical methodologies; developing creative solutions within business areas that reduce costs and meet business goals; and ensuring data accuracy. Leads small projects and/or contributes to one or more work streams of a cross-functional project by utilizing project management and consulting expertise; understanding scope of work; benchmarking with industry experts through continuous education and use of networks; establishing timelines and deliverables; facilitating meetings involving project teams to analyze, plan, and implement project initiatives; taking corrective action; reporting results and deliverables to supervisors and stakeholders; and anticipating and assessing issues or concerns and recommending sustainable solutions to management. Provides advice and guidance to internal customers by ensuring adherence to proper procedures and guidelines for advising on, executing, and documenting organizational practices across multiple countries and business units; understanding global trends that affect the business; and demonstrating and communicating working knowledge of industry best practices and Walmart policies and procedures in business area of expertise. Supports change for a business area by developing assessments of key opportunities; developing plans and project timelines; communicating with and influencing business partners and decision-makers within the organization; and providing specialized consulting throughout the life cycle of change initiatives. Implements program plans, changes, and solutions Communicates and coordinates with stakeholders to manage expectations and build trust Creates communications/training content (messaging, how-to guides, presentations) Maintains project plans, milestone/deliverable trackers, etc. Delivers presentations such as demos, stakeholder onboarding, learning series, etc. Delivers training, either in person or via Zoom sessions Acts as a “liaison” between CTC and Workday design team for a specific functional area Supports key program activities such as hypercare, testing, etc. Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
