Develops and oversees the strategy for facilities projects by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs; creating project
strategies; establishing project vision and goals; directing the development of project and implementation plans; ensuring projects align with corporate
goals; managing resource requirements; and ensuring the overall project is completed on time.
Oversees and directs contractors by determining maintenance services to be outsourced; requesting bids; reviewing proposals; negotiating service
products, and pricing; establishing service level standards; monitoring service and building scorecards; and meeting with vendor representatives to
discuss service levels and address issues.
Directs and establishes facility maintenance budgets including departmental budget by forecasting and budgeting long-term maintenance needs,
short-term planned space, and maintenance needs; estimating material, staff, and vendor services to meet forecasted needs; securing, approving,
and consolidating cost estimates; reviewing profit and loss (P&L) statements; and analyzing and explaining variances.
Oversees facility space planning by securing growth plans; establishing workspace requirements that meet internal customer needs; planning and
coordinating moves; reviewing progress against schedules and plans; communicating with Home Office Leaders and Associates to resolve conflicts;
and implementing and evaluating sustainability programs to ensure success of company efforts.
Leads efforts to develop and maintain systems, processes, and policies and mitigate risk for enhancing facilities by reviewing and analyzing existing
programs and processes; identifying opportunities for improvement; researching and identifying industry standards and best practices; ensuring
compliance with federal, state, and local cabling, wireless, electrical, telecommunications, and low voltage industry laws, regulations and guidelines
(for example, building codes, Code of Federal Regulations, National Electric Code); creating contingency plans for natural or man-made disasters
affecting facility infrastructure; developing change solutions for systems, policies, or processes; influencing key internal and external stakeholders to
accept changes; and collaborating with other home office teams to implement changes.

business strategies, plans, and practices; analyzing costs and forecasts and incorporating them into business plans; determining and supporting

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction, or related field and 4 years' experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or
related field OR 6 years' experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field.
4 years' of supervisory experience.
