What you'll do at
Provides assistance with data management and issue identification by utilizing computer programs and software to enter, compile, organize, and maintain data and information in documents, business tools, electronic forms, and reports; tracking and evaluating data and information (for example, interviews, leave of absences, market expenses); identifying and escalating potential issues and data errors; reviewing data for completeness; maintaining security and confidentiality of information, data, and communication; and drafting, proofing, and updating presentations, reports, and templates using computer software. Serves as customer/member and associate liaison for market Operations and Human Resources by collecting and classifying questions and concerns in order to address or appropriately route; acting as a resource for policies, procedures and associate questions and concerns; collaborating with internal partners to help address associate and customer issues; sharing information with manager (for example, upward feedback, observations); working within networks to share and escalate information; navigating the organization to remove barriers and accomplish goals; and developing and maintaining an internal network. Supports Operations and Human Resources by receiving, distributing, verifying, submitting, and documenting requests and reports (for example, invoices, supply requests, expense reports, leave of absences, personnel action approvals) against established guidelines; ensuring company assets are protected and equipment is maintained; supporting human resource compliance; assisting with recruiting, hiring, and evaluation processes; monitoring deadlines and communicating between relevant partners; and acting as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests. Utilizes business and process knowledge to provide assistance with electronic, verbal, and written communications by answering, directing, and transferring calls; taking messages; reviewing, resolving, and following-up to ensure resolution of requests, issues, and questions; composing and organizing communications (for example, presentations) at the direction of others; and receiving, reviewing, and prioritizing incoming messages. Leads and manages administrative aspects of calendar management, event planning, and scheduling travel by responding to and scheduling calendar events; identifying and scheduling meeting locations; resolving schedule conflicts; collaborating with others to obtain relevant resources or information; planning, scheduling, and coordinating events and travel at the direction of others; and organizing business-related pre-travel preparation.
