What you'll do at

Creates, communicates, and executes the recruiting strategy for assigned business unit by gathering information on workforce plan, talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent from business unit leaders; incorporating information into business unit recruiting initiatives to source talent (for example, diversity recruiting, third-party relationships, employment branding efforts); and guiding recruiters and hiring managers through transformational changes in recruiting processes and human resources systems. Delivers full-cycle recruiting for critical positions in the business unit by hosting intake sessions with business unit hiring managers to learn position requirements; ensuring proper position posting and processing of applicants in the human resources system; utilizing creative sourcing techniques to deliver a diverse candidate pool (for example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet mining); screening candidates for qualifications; coordinating with hiring managers to arrange for interviews; collecting feedback from hiring manager on quality of candidates; and managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits. Develops and maintains relationships with key external organizations by identifying strategic relationships to bolster the company's recruiting strategy; managing vendor and third party relationships; building relationships with leaders of key organizations (for example, diversity organizations, MBA programs, organizations in international markets); and acting as a company representative at major conferences and events. Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs by advising business unit on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures; incorporating information into business unit recruiting strategy and initiatives; creating plans and events that directly address business unit talent gaps; utilizing workforce planning and diversity representation data to align and organize sourcing efforts; and utilizing data and resources to assess internal talent for promotion to other business areas.
