What you'll do at

Manages the executive recruiting process by meeting with business unit hiring managers to learn position requirements and preferences; developing and recommending recruitment strategies; supervising creation of position and candidate requirements in applicant tracking systems; utilizing contemporary sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates and build talent pipeline; presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers for interviews; collecting feedback regarding quality of candidates and final hiring decisions; supervising the offer process; and communicating candidate decision to hiring managers, human resource partners, and key stakeholders . Advises and counsels hiring managers and human resource teams regarding executive recruitment by recommending how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation; providing information about industry trends, compensation practices, and market activity and opportunity; and sharing strategies and best practices related to the executive recruitment process. Manages the talent acquisition strategy for business units by developing recruiting strategies in alignment with the business unit strategy; communicating recruiting strategies with the business unit leaders; gathering feedback from business unit leadership on performance, recruiting goals; ensuring customer service is provided to business unit ; and guiding recruiters and hiring managers through any transformational changes in the recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems. Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure talent acquisition strategies meet business needs by advising business divisions on recruiting solutions, policies, and procedures; collaborating with business divisions on workforce planning and talent review activities ; meeting with business division leaders to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in business division; incorporating information into business division recruiting strategy and initiatives; providing consultation and recommendations on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation; creating plans and events that address business division talent gaps; utilizing workforce planning data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts; and utilizing data and resources to assess internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas. Manages business unit workforce planning and talent review activities by attending business unit talent review meetings to understand talent gaps, potential attrition and high potential talent in business units; incorporating data from talent review meetings into business unit recruiting strategy and initiatives; reviewing workforce planning data with divisions when planning recruiting initiatives or events; utilizing workforce planning and diversity representation data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts; leveraging workforce planning to provide proactive building of talent pipelines ; and utilizing access to talent review to understand internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
