About the Team:

The Database Reliability Engineering Team is dedicated to ensuring the dependability and performance of our database infrastructure. Our mission is to create resilient systems that support our company's growth and customer satisfaction. As a key player in this team, you'll be at the forefront of designing and implementing robust database solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement IaC-based approaches for managing stateful infrastructure
  • Automate infrastructure deployment workflows using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Architect databases for continuous availability and disaster recovery
  • Enable zero-touch, zero-downtime cloud database operations
  • Implement secure, auditable database access mechanisms
  • Collaborate with application development teams to optimize database interactions
  • Lead data strategy and modernization efforts

What You’ll Bring:

  • Over 10 years of experience in database administration, deployment automation, or software engineering
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Expertise in cloud databases and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Terraform, Flyway, and Liquibase
  • Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
  • Experience with data pipelines, stream data processing, and data delivery architectures
  • Knowledge of zero trust philosophy and database optimization techniques

The annual salary range for this position is $121,000.00-$242,000.00
