About the Role
The Research & Analysis team conducts in-depth statistical analysis, designs and executes in-store experiments, provides science-backed recommendations, and consults on measurement strategy. We are looking for someone to help us build this team from the ground up—set the vision, build the team, and deliver value to our associates!
Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support people teams (eg Learning, Performance, Hiring, People) by evaluating ongoing analytical needs; reporting data-based insights that drive meaningful action; collaborating with internal and external business partners to build a consistent and accurate strategy for using data-driven insights.
Develops and drives research and analysis backlog by identifying program and project opportunities across the employee lifecycle; determining program and project feasibility through data analysis; assessing the performance of each program; and driving strategies with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in statistical analysis; guide analysis of people data (ranging from descriptive analysis to multivariate statistical analysis) to meet stakeholders' needs.
Drives the execution of multiple research and analysis projects by identifying customer and operational needs; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance by establishing timelines, workflows, and requirements; overseeing training; verifying necessary documentation for reviewing results; managing functioning of key process and controls; and determining appropriate information.
Provides meaningful development opportunities for team associates; fosters psychologically safe and engaging work environment; establishes performance expectations and provides meaningful, on-going feedback; and creates an inclusive environment.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or
related area OR 6 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
