We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex technical solutions across our platform. As a Staff Engineer, you will be a key technical leader, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and design teams to solve challenging engineering problems and guide architectural decisions that support long-term scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of scalable, high-performance systems and services.
- Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and pair programming.
- Drive technical excellence across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define and deliver product features that meet user needs.
- Advocate for engineering best practices including testing, observability, CI/CD, and documentation.
- Identify and solve bottlenecks in system performance and team workflows.
- Participate in long-term planning, technology selection, and strategic initiatives.
- Influence and lead cross-team engineering initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Required:
- An Engineering Bachelor or equivalent / above degree in Computer Science.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong track record of delivering large-scale applications or systems.
- Strong understanding of CS Fundamentals, Data Structures, Algorithms and Problem Solving
- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Exposure to SQL/NoSQL data stores like Cassandra, Elastic, Cosmos and SQL server etc.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure or GCP), and microservices.
- Deep understanding of software engineering principles, design patterns, and architecture best practices.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring engineers and working across teams.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies in short timeframe

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
