What you'll do at

Manages third-party vendor selection, negotiations, and performance evaluations by determining the selection strategy for third-party temporary firms; managing a portfolio of vendors that can deliver specific skills; monitoring vendor market to ensure the company receives competitive rates; overseeing the negotiation, creation, and execution of master service agreements (MSAs); and ensuring that the vendor pool meets the company diversity business goals. Drives the talent acquisition strategy for positions across all Home Office divisions by creating the recruiting strategy in alignment with the division and business unit goals; communicating the strategy to business unit leaders; ensuring recruiters are executing the strategy; and guiding recruiters and hiring managers through any transformational change in recruiting processes and applicant tracking systems. Advises and partners with the business units to translate recruiting strategies into actions by working with business unit leaders and human resources (HR) to understand staffing needs; and advising on policies, guidelines, and processes regarding the selection and compensation of Home Office positions. Provides human resource (HR) generalist support to the business and associates (for example, developing, facilitating, and executing temporary associate onboarding process); counselling associates on their performance; partnering with human resources (HR) as needed to process investigations (for example, Open Door, Redbook), terminations, and exit interviews. Provides oversight of internal associate career services (for example, career pathing, resume writing, interview training) by establishing associate career development strategies and programs; ensuring outplacement services are provided to displaced associates; providing support for the repatriation process; and managing resource facilities (for example, Associate Resource Center (ARC), conference centers, resource labs).
